After 10 years working in fitness industry, body building became his interest. He started to create full body building, nutrition and meal program for himself. He was successfully building his body into shape and loose weight from 85 kgs to 65 kgs within 6 months with his own personalized fitness program. Based on his interest in body shaping, he gain a Personal Trainer certification and started to share his knowledge to others.
He worked at several commercial gyms, not as a PT but as a gym Manager who managed gym operational. He started career as a PT in 2005 and his first client was an English expat. following his successful training, more clients satisfied on his program and continued until now.Book a Course
